L'Oreal Paris Dress Your Lashes

Tuesday, February 26, 2013

The L'Oreal Paris feature "Dress Your Lashes" began today in various retailers across Canada. This campaign runs until March 13, and features 4 of the L'Oreal Paris Voluminous top-sellers: Voluminous Original Mascara, Voluminous Power 24H Mascara, Voluminous Million Lashes Mascara, and Voluminous False Fiber Lashes Mascara.

With these 4 products, make-up lovers can build their own ultimate lash wardrobe, mimicking looks from 4 of the spokespeople: Freida Pinto, Liya Kebede, Doutzen Kroes, and Claudia Schiffer.

Stay tuned to find out which of the 4 is my favourite!

Event: Plenty's Fall Fashion Showcase

Monday, September 24, 2012
Last week I attended the Plenty Fall Fashion Showcase hosted by FASHION Magazine's Joy Pecknold.

Plenty is celebrating 23 years in the industry and carries various in-house labels such as: Propaganda, PDG, Ribbon, Ribbon Luxe, Monk & Lou, and Big Blue. Joy introduced us to some great fall looks from Plenty's various lines.

Plenty's showcase is a great way to see how fashion's runway trends can be accessible for everyone.

Prete & Bruno: Backstage Access

If you are ever feeling like your ego is a little too inflated, then I definitely recommend going backstage at a fashion show. I did feel good about myself in my 4 inch heels though, they made me at least comparable in height. But no, these weren't the Glamazons you see on the runways and TV (those ones are over at Alexander Wang) - these girls seemed normal...ish.
