Orange Cranberry Scones

I woke up on Labour Day wanting waffles for breakfast. Instead of scouring the internet for a good recipe, I visited Cupcakes and Cashmere. Emily always features great recipes so naturally it was a good place to start. I saw that she had made Ina Garten's (the Barefoot Contessa) Orange Cranberry Scones, I knew I had to make them.

They were a bit time consuming to make (likely because I was trying to multitask), but definitely not hard. I'll definitely make them again, but next time I'll be sure to add more orange zest - the orange flavour didn't stand out as much as I had hoped.
